At Raz Palli, we want your shopping experience to be simple, safe, and convenient. Please read our delivery rules before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver our fashion, handicraft, and Nokshi Katha products across Bangladesh. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier service coverage.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–3 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–5 working days.

• Handcrafted, customized, or pre-order products may require additional time.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier delays, or other unexpected circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size/weight, and applicable courier charges. The applicable delivery fee will be shown or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

For certain orders, our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and delivery address. An order may be delayed or cancelled if the customer cannot be reached or the provided information is incorrect.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Name

• Mobile number

• House/Flat number

• Road/Area

• District/City

• Any helpful delivery instructions

Raz Palli will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and products. Customers should keep the required amount ready when the delivery arrives.

7. Receiving Your Order

Please check the package condition before accepting the delivery. If the package appears seriously damaged, opened, or tampered with, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact Raz Palli Customer Support.

8. Customized & Handmade Products

Nokshi Katha, handicrafts, customized items, and other handmade products may have different preparation and delivery times because they may require additional craftsmanship and quality checking.

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address/phone number, or refuses to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Delivery Delays

Although we always try to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or delivery update through SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

12. International Delivery

If Raz Palli offers international delivery for a particular product, delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery times may vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or taxes may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.
